This comprehensive program includes 10 one-on-one coaching sessions (60 minutes), each with a specific area of focus. Coaching sessions will alternate with 10 one-on-one yoga and meditation sessions (60 minutes). Virtual and in-person sessions are available in English and French.
We provide a safe space where you can relax, take the time you need to process your experience, and learn tools that increase your resilience to stress, such as breathing exercises and mindfulness. The goal is to change the way we relate to stressful situations and events so that you can respond in a more centered and productive way instead of simply reacting. This will reconnect you with the safety of your inner wisdom.
We’ll help you improve your physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You’ll learn how healthy habits (nutrition, movement, sleep, etc.) support your immune system, replenish your body, and mitigate the side effects of treatment. We’ll also discuss mental fitness and how a shift in mindset can help you overcome obstacles, both internal and external.
Your cancer journey is now part of your personal story. Reflecting on your journey and integrating what you have learned will help you understand and accept where you are in life. This is a critical step that will enable you to find peace and focus on the future.

This entry-level program includes 10 one-on-one sessions of yoga and meditation (75 minutes each). Each session starts with an individual check-in using coaching techniques. Soft Embrace focuses on easing the side effects of treatment, reconnecting with the body and building resilience to stress. Virtual and in-person sessions are available in both English and French.

Simply expressing your thoughts and emotions to a neutral person without pressure or judgment can help you begin to reduce stress and reflect on your experience in a productive way.
